Dosage & Effects

what is the best way to consume marine phospholipid oil?
Recommended dosage : Take 1-2 capsules twice daily for up to 6 weeks. After 6 weeks take 1-2 capsules daily for on-going care or as directed by your healthcare professional. Children 6-12: Take half the adult dose or as directed by a healthcare professional. Avoid use during pregnancy, or when breastfeeding and for children of age 6 and below.

Will it help with my arthritis?

Though Arthritis can't be cured we focus on pain relief for people with arthritis. So YES! It will reduce the joint pain by reducing inflammation within the joints!

Will it interfere with my medication?

Though we always recommend consulting your doctor we can say that unless you are suffering from Low blood pressure it shouldn't affect or interfere with any medication that you are taking.

Are there any side effects?

There are absolutely no side effects!

i heard that Kōrure's marine phospholipid oil is good for old dogs.
