Spooktacular Pumpkin Delight
Ingredients:
- 400-500g pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cups peanut butter (unsalted, xylitol-free)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour or oat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon Kōrure Pets Dog Honey
Equipment: - Halloween-themed silicone mould
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée and peanut butter until well combined.
- Add the eggs and olive oil, and whisk until smooth.
- Gently fold in the flour and baking soda until just combined.
- Transfer the batter into the Halloween-themed silicone moulds, filling each mould evenly.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until the cakes are cooked through.
- Allow the cakes to cool completely before serving them to your pups.
