Ingredients: 


Method: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 100°C (210°F).

  2. Prepare the tart shells: Mix the pumpkin purée and chicken breast in a blender until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into tart moulds to form the base and sides.

  3. Place the tart shells in the oven and bake for 30-50 minutes until firm. Allow them to cool completely before filling.

  4. Prepare the filling: In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and Kōrure Pets Dog Honey until smooth.

  5. Spoon the yogurt mixture into the cooled tart shells, filling them evenly.

  6. Decorate: Top each tart with a small dollop of Kōrure Pets King Caviar and a fresh mint leaf for a festive touch.

  7. Serve immediately or store in the fridge until ready to serve.
