Ingredients:
- Kōrure Pets Carrot Cake Premix
- 2 TBS olive oil / coconut oil
- 200ml water
- 1 TBS peanut butter
- 1 egg
Carrot Cake Premix ingredients :
Oat flour, whole wheat flour, carrot powder, Kōrure Pets Bone Broth Powder, baking powder
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to (160°C). Grease a 5-inch round cake pan with oil (can use a cupcake tin also). Set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Kōrure Pets Carrot Cake Premix, egg, peanut butter, oil and water.
3. Use a whisk or electric mixer to beat the batter until it is smooth and well combined. Make sure there are no lumps.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it evenly.
5. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Keep an eye on the cake towards the end of the baking time and perform a toothpick test - insert a toothpick into the center, and if it comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter), the cake is done.

7. Once the cake has cooled, you can frost it with Greek yogurt or mesh potato and garnish with the toppers. You can use store-bought frosting or make your own.
