Ingredients:

• 2 egg whites

• 1/3 cup of water

• 1 tablespoon of gelatine

• 1/3 cup of Kōrure Pets Dog Honey

Instructions:

1. Whisk 2 egg whites lightly till foamy.

2. Add 1/3 cup of water and whisk till fluffy (not stiff peaks yet).

3. Add 1 tablespoon of gelatine and 1/3 cup of melted honey.

4. Continue whisking till stiff peaks.

5. Once you can hold the bowl upside down, place it on a baking dish and bake.

6. Bake at 120˚C for 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the pavlova (if larger - cook longer)
