Ingredients:

• 1 cup of sushi rice

• Fish (salmon, cod, mackerel)

• Spinach and purple cabbage (blanched)

• 2 Eggs (cut into thin strips)

• Edible plants for garnish (dog friendly)

• Yoghurt droplets


Tools:


• Bamboo mat / sushi mat

(wrapped in cling wraps)

Instructions:

1. Cook sushi rice and prepare all sushi filling ingredients.

2. Make sure your ingredients are thinly sliced and have similar lengths.

3. Cling wrap bamboo mat to avoid rice from sticking to it.

4. Roll sushi. Make sure you have some water on hand to avoid rice from sticking.

5. Cut sushi, decorate and enjoy!


Tips:


1. Keep running the knife under water in between cuts to prevent the rice from sticking to it.

2. Compact the roll keeping it round but not squashing it.
