Dog-Friendly Macarons: A Gourmet Christmas Treat for Your Pup!
Ingredients:
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup rice flour/ wheat bran
- 1 Tbsp Kōrure Pets Dog honey
Filling
- Greek Yogurt
- A few drops of MP oil
- 1 scoop MP powder
- 1 tsp Berry dust(powder of freeze-dried berries)
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 160°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate whites from yolks, then beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Add 1 Tbsp honey.
- Slowly add in rice flour/wheat bran until a crumbly dough forms.
- Pipe the mixture onto the baking tray.
- Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers to create a macaron shape.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- While the macarons are baking, prepare the filling by adding Greek yogurt, MP oil, MP powder, and berry dust, and mix until well combined.
- Allow the macarons to cool completely add the filling and assembly the macaron
- Now you have a cute macaron the celebrate with your lovely furry friends.
