Ingredients:
- Kōrure Pets Catnip Cupcake Premix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 teaspoons water or milk
- 1 egg yolk
Catnip Cupcake Premix ingredients:
Rice flour, cornstarch, baking powder, Kōrure Pets Turkey Topper, catnip
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to (160°C). Grease a mini cupcake pan with oil. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Kōrure Pets Catnip Cupcake Premix, egg, oil, and water.
3. Use a whisk or electric mixer to beat the batter until it is smooth and well combined. Make sure there are no lumps.
4. Pour the mixture into a cake tin lined with baking paper or individual cake cups.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 160°C.
6. Check if it's ready by inserting a toothpick. It should come out clean. It will be considerably chunkier than a sponge cake you would make for humans.
You could add some Greek yogurt on top for icing.
