Pup-Permint Freeze

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cucumber
  • A handful of mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 scoops Kōrure Pets Bone Broth Powder

  • Garnish: 
  • Kōrure Pets Mussel Topper

Method: 

  1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and cut it into smaller chunks. Leave them in the freezer overnight.

  2. Rinse the mint leaves and remove any tough stems.

  3. In a blender or food processor, combine the frozen cucumber chunks, mint leaves, water, and Kōrure Pets Bone Broth Powder.

  4. Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth and liquid consistency. Add more water if needed to achieve the desired texture.

  5. Once the mixture is well blended, let it sit in the freezer for an hour until it has a sorbet-like texture.

  6. Use a spoon to make a quenelle and transfer it to a plate.

  7. For decoration, place some Kōrure Pets Mussel Topper on top of the quenelle, and sprinkle some bone broth powder before serving.
